In STEM, 4th graders learned about a pumpkin's life cycle. One class carved a small pumpkin, added dirt and water, then sealed the bag. We anticipate seeing some rotting and then new growth! The next class cut the tops off, added some dirt and water, and anticipate seeing the seeds sprout from the pumpkins.
