Admission to North Georgia Christian Academy
We are so excited that you are taking the first step towards the NGCA experience and seeking to join a community that is dedicated to seeing students flourish and fulfill their God-given potential. We know that choosing the right school is a big decision, and we are honored that you are considering NGCA.
Applying to NGCA is easy using our Online Application. Since the application process is online it simplifies submission and provides you with a tool for tracking the status of your child’s admission. If you need help getting started, please
contact our Admissions Department at 706-635-6422.
STEP 1: Apply online and submit all required documents
Then log into your account and Create a New Student Application (one per student).
There is a non-refundable fee of $50 per student that will need to be submitted with each application.
Once you have submitted the application, you will then have the flexibility to log into your account to track your admissions status.
Required student documents include

Birth Certificate
-
Immunization Record (Georgia Form 3231)

Ear, Eye, and Dental Form (Georgia Form 3300)

Copies of the previous school(s) records including all educational and diagnostic testing, standardized tests, current report card, and report cards from all previous years or a transcript for 9th through 12th-grade students. (Not applicable for Pre-Kindergarten)

A Teacher Recommendation Form is required for all students

A Church Verification Form is required for all families (exceptions may apply with relocation)
We will begin taking applications for the 2023-2024 school year in March 2023.
STEP 2: Schedule a family interview
After all required documents are submitted and reviewed, a family interview will be held with the family and Administration.
STEP 3: Complete Enrollment through the FACTS system
If you would like more information about NGCA or would like to schedule a visit, please give us a call, at 706-635-6422. Tours for the upcoming school year are given every Tuesday and Thursday morning by appointment. Appointments will begin in March 2023.
