The Junior Varsity teams from NGCA competed in the Georgia Christian Athletic Association (GCAA) state tournament the weekend of February 10- 11th in McDonough.
The Knights faced fierce competition and played hard throughout the entire tournament. Both teams advanced to the championship games of the tournament on Saturday.
The Lady Knights faced a tough Victory Christian team in the finals and came out victorious to clinch the state championship.
The Knights competed against a strong Friendship Christian team in the championship and held on to win the state title.
Emmy Beaver and Addison Nealey were named Co- MVP’s of the tournament for the Lady Knights.
Luke Beaver was selected as the tournament MVP for the Knights.
Congratulations to these teams for bringing home the first ever state titles to NGCA.
