Three of our Knights entered the 4-H Apple Competition at the Apple Festival. They had to prepare a recipe using Ellijay apples. The dish will be judged on taste, appearance, and making apples the star of the dish. Good luck ladies!! Pictured: Millie Hyatt, Hannah Brock, and Adeline Deckard.
