Gilmer County Optimist Club Winner | NGCA

Congratulations to NGCA junior Payton Beaver (of Jasper) on her 1st Place position for the Oratorical speech local club contest for the Gilmer County Optimist club.

As the 1st Place winner, she will move on to the Zone level of the contest. She will attend the Zone Contest to compete among the other club contest winners in the Zone. This will take place Saturday, March 25th at 9:30 am in the Historical Courthouse in Canton, 90 North Street Canton, Ga. 30114.
