Serving the Lord Jesus Christ as administrator of North Georgia Christian Academy is truly a great honor, privilege, and responsibility. Every parent that enrolls their child in NGCA has the assurance that their child will be loved and prayed for, safe, and given a quality education on a daily basis.
I attended a Christian school from sixth grade through college. I am an alumnus of Pensacola Christian College with a BS and MS in Elementary Education. I have also completed further graduate work from Grand Canyon University in Educational Administration. My special passion in teaching is sharing God's Word through storytelling and object lessons.
Blair, my husband, and I have three sons. As a family, we are former missionaries to the country of Albania, where we worked in an orphanage and church planting for four years. My husband, a former correctional officer, works as a nurse for Source. Our boys, Ben (23) works in Blue Ridge, Charles (19) is a freshman at Dalton State College, and Blair (17) is a high school junior. We attend New Canaan Baptist Church.
Family time is even more precious now that two of the boys are out of the house. Therefore, we enjoy every time we have to get together. My husband and I love driving around the mountains, taking back roads to see where they go, and simply being together. One of my favorite pastimes is reading. I also enjoy making homemade bread, needlepoint, and jigsaw puzzles.
Philippians 1:6 says, "Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you, will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." On this promise, I am confident of the Lord's blessing here at NGCA.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to work at North Georgia Christian Academy for three years. Working in the library and office has been a great pleasure.
My family has lived in the Ellijay area for almost eleven years. My daughters, Josie (4th grade) and Cassie (K5) who attend NGCA, are my most wonderful gifts from God. The girls have loved going here since the school's inception in 2003.
We are members of Harvest Missionary Church in Ellijay, where I teach Sunday School and help in the children's church services.
Spending time together as a family is important to us. We love to fish, picnic, and drive through the mountains to enjoy God's beautiful scenery.
